Walsall's Anti-bullying policy

Bullying is recognized as a major issue within schools and other organisations working with young people. This policy is designed to assist us all in delivering an effective and coordinated response to bullying in all settings. The Walsall Safeguarding Children Board would like to encourage individual schools and other educational, youth, sports, community and leisure settings to work with us in partnership - to draw from this policy and to apply for an Anti-bullying Standards Award (below).

In November 2007 the WSCB launched its anti-bullying Charter and Standards during National Anti-bullying week. The standards allow you to assess your school or group and apply for a bronze, silver or gold award. Please find below a registration form and evidence pro forma to be completed and returned.
