Urban Traffic Control
What does Urban Traffic Control (UTC) service do?
- We design, maintain and control all traffic signal installations within the borough.
- We monitor traffic conditions with CCTV and traffic management systems, making appropriate changes to traffic signal timings as required.
- We co ordinate the repair of faulty traffic signal equipment and respond to general traffic signal enquiries.
