S106 Notification of Compliance
In order to effectively monitor compliance with planning obligations and provide a clear audit trail, the 'Notification of Compliance' form should be downloaded and completed by the relevant service area or stakeholder on spend of S106 contributions in part or full, or at time of compliance with any other requirement within planning obligations such as completion of transfer of land either to or from Walsall MBC associated with a planning obligation. The 'Notification of Compliance' form once downloaded and fully completed should be forwarded to the address at the bottom of this page:
