New Monitoring Costs Effective From 1st January 2008
As the call on monitoring developments is largely proportionate to the size of developments, from 1st January 2008 a new payment has been introduced for each planning obligation - a minimum of £950 or 9% of the planning application fee (whichever is the highest). This will be payable at the time of completing the planning obligation.
An administration payment of £450 is also payable upon completion of each planning obligation to help offset the Regeneration Services costs involved in negotiating planning obligations.
Legal Costs for completing Planning Obligations
£2500 as a minimum (unless agreed otherwise with Legal Services) towards Walsall MBC Solicitors costs will be payable at the time of completing the planning obligation.
Section 52/106 back history search (from 1971)
This costs £40 per hour or 1/2 an hour minimum (£20). Please specify if you require compliance details.
