The council's first Overcrowding and Under-Occupancy Strategy 2010 - 2011 is a one year strategy.

The Strategy has been produced through partnership working with key agencies and sets out how the council and its partners will work together to reduce overcrowding and under-occupancy levels in the social rented and private sector. It sets out our housing vision and priorities for the year ahead and our action plan details measures which will be used to reduce overcrowding and under-occupancy.
