Empty Property Strategy
The purpose of the Empty Property Strategy 2006 (PDF 1.37MB) is to provide a framework to deal with the various issues associated with empty properties. The overall aim of the strategy is to identify properties that are empty and bring them back into use. To achieve this we will:
- collect information about empty properties
- develop a range of choices to help bring empty properties back into use.
- provide advice and assistance
