As a way of supporting diversity and fostering inclusion in the workplace, Walsall Council has four officially recognised employee networks, to support different groups of employees, including the Black Workers Support Group, Disabled Employee Network, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Network and the Women Employee Network.
