Employee Assistance Programme
Many of us may feel from time to time that we could benefit from having some impartial expert advice to sort out something, like a personal financial query or a helping hand to help us cope with a tricky personal issue or concern. In today's society, finding whom to turn to for help like this is not always easy.
Here at Walsall Council, we offer an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for staff and members of their immediate family/household. This means free access to an entirely confidential proffesional support service.
The Employee Assistance Programme can help with all sorts of different personal queries such as Medical, Debt and Legal issues, along with providing a confidential counselling service.
