Eligibility criteria for housing related support 2009 - 2011
The Eligibility Policy sets out the criteria for determining the activities and services that are eligible for Supporting People Grant in Walsall. Supporting People services may complement other care or support services that a service user is receiving. The policy defines what elements of these support packages are eligible under the Supporting People programme and which elements are not.
The Supporting people Commissioning Body will review this policy regularly to take account of changes in government guidance, Supporting People Grant Conditions and best practice.
