This is a national one-stop-shop website for all Trading Standards business information. It provides interpreted and simplified information as well as additional references to other business information resources.
Businesses also need to comply with the Business Names (PDF 125KB) requirements of the Companies Act 2006 regarding the disclosure of the name and address of the business.
