Who do I contact if I have a query about e-payments?
In order for us to deal with your query effectively you must contact the appropriate service area.
For the following enquiries:
- Find out how to use the system
- Request a duplicate receipt
- Report a problem with the system

Please do not email any personal debit/credit card details. Alternatively, you can telephone 01922 650000.
Otherwise, if you require service specific information such as "What Council Tax Band am I in?" or "What day does my bin get collected?" you must contact the relevant service area directly.
